Ashley, Cambridgeshire
Ashley is a village and civil parish in the East Cambridgeshire district of Cambridgeshire, England, about four miles east of Newmarket in Suffolk.
It has a parish church, St Mary's. There are some pictures and a description of the church at the Cambridgeshire Churches website.〔(St Mary's page at the Cambridgeshire Churches website )〕
The Icknield Way Path passes through the village on its 110 mile journey from Ivinghoe Beacon in Buckinghamshire to Knettishall Heath in Suffolk. The (Icknield Way Trail ), a multi-user route for walkers, horse riders and off-road cyclists also passes through the village.
